One thing I've always admired about our simian friends up in orbit is that they're no slouches when it comes to current pop culture. They may be off in the distance, but they do make the effort to keep up, especially Bobbo, who probalby watches about as much TV as I do. And he doesn't have TiVo, so it's even more of a time investment.
It's the busy season around here and we haven't even gotten to the holidays yet. We've got a Halloween comic forthcoming that involved intensive labor outside the walls of the four-panel strip (it involved tactile displays of artistic expression as you'll soon see).
Mostly, we're trying to figure out how to top our first 100 comics in what is now clearly the Second Round. I told PJ we should start encoding pornographic content into the hidden bytes of each strip, but he said that would take even longer and might offend some subconsciouses.
So we'll keep at it if you keep reading.
