Pot Luck

We thought we'd bring you an additional Lobster Claus comic that we were planning before it became apparent I would be making the last comic for Kennie.

I'm glad we got a chance this Christmas to add considerably to the Lobster Claus mythos. When we created the character two years ago, we didn't have any plans for it and it was pretty much just something we thought up on the spot. Last year, we didn't really get a chance to do anything because we took a hiatus during the holiday. So it was nice to actually dedicate two comics to L Claus this year.

Comics through Christmas

While many complain about being busy during the holidays, this is usually the time for us when things slow down and we have a bit of extra room to catch up and get ahead on things.

The same goes for Lobster Claus, who has finally delivered his shrimpy bounty and can start working toward next year's glorious delivery. Still, I hope he has time to take a little break. Poor little crustacean usually sleeps with both eye-stalks open.

Short vacation

I spoke too soon about us being badasses for updating through the holidays. It turns out I wasn't counting the New Year's time period when we felt it necessary to be a bit lazy and recharge our creative batteries. (LIthium-ion.)

So, we'll be back on Monday with comics a'-fresh. I've frozen PJ in Carbonite to retain his young, creative juices.
